Wow, it's been a while since we have updated everyone on what's going down with Kalama's Kuisine. So let's see.....
Opened our OWN kitchen/restaurant in Waipahu (94-801 Farrington Hwy)
We use our restaurant as a support kitchen for other caterers, food trucks and pop up vendors.
Our Food Truck has been returned to the owner (we leased it for 2 years). Sad times as we miss our truck and the madness that comes with it. We will be looking to purchase one soon.
Schedules - Every Wednesday we are at Aloha Stadium Swap Meet, Monday-Tuesday-Thursday-Friday = our kitchen is open in Waipahu for lunch 10am till 5pm
We've been busy with bentos every weekend, please inquire within if you are looking to feed more than 25.
Whew! Very busy and very thankful we are still going!
